The Timeline

From Audio to Automation

1962

The Origin

Our journey began as Audio-Technica, a renowned audio equipment manufacturer in Tokyo. Precision engineering was in our DNA from day one.

1984

The Spark

An internal "idea contest" led to the creation of "ASM50 Nigirikko," the world’s first automatic sushi maker for home use. The EagleMeiX special machinery division was born.

1990s

Industrial Revolution

Responding to commercial demand, we automated the delicate art of shari (sushi rice) making. Our first industrial robot produced 900 nigiri balls per hour, changing the industry forever.

Today

Global Standard

From Maki to Nigiri, from Omusubi to Burritos. We now power the world's top restaurants, universities, and stadiums, setting the gold standard for sushi automation.

Engineering the
Perfect Bite.

Our philosophy is simple: Technology should enhance tradition. Every machine we build is a testament to Japanese precision and culinary respect.

🍣

Shokunin Spirit

We respect the traditional artisan spirit of sushi making. Our robots are designed not to replace chefs, but to empower them to focus on creativity.

Precision Engineering

Leveraging our audio heritage, every motor, gear, and sensor is tuned for perfection, ensuring consistent density and texture in every grain of rice.

🌍

Global Innovation

We adapt to local culinary needs. Whether it's a California Roll in LA or a Spam Musubi in Hawaii, our machines evolve with the food culture.
